Alex Denoon has a great deal of experience in relation to life sciences, technology and intellectual property. As a result of the fact that he spent more than five years in-house, Alex has a pragmatic approach that takes into account the requirements of each client and the industry generally.

We are aware that these agreements need to take account of the regulatory landscape and issues such as tax, transfer pricing, insolvency and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. We have worked closely with, and have relationships with, a variety of advisers such as accountants, tax advisers, insolvency practitioners and overseas lawyers.

We have a wealth of experience structuring, negotiating and drafting virtually all forms of commercial agreements in this field. We also advise on the interpretation of these agreements.
